Hariati Villas is a newly built, modern maisonette of 140 sq.m., located in the peaceful area of Kypseli, Zakynthos. Accommodating up to 6 guests, it offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, combining comfort, functionality, and full privacy. The ground floor features a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Both the bedroom and living area provide direct access to the outdoor space, where you’ll find a private swimming pool, sunbeds, and lounge seating. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom: one with a double bed and private balcony, the other with two single beds (which can be joined into a double) and access to a large furnished terrace.
